I think my motor for my murray minibike might have seized. Ok i whent out today and bought carb/choke cleaner, new gas line, new spark plug and when I got home I took off the carb soaked it in gas for a while with the air filter and manifold then took it out and sprayed with the carb cleaner and after used the air pump to spray it out. After installing all of the stuff i whent to start it up and it started up on the first couple pulls and road really nice.
When ridong for a couple min. i noticed a ratteling noice on the pull start side of the motor then all of the sudden i heard a sound like a rock stuck in a lawn mower blade then DING, and the bike turned off. I looked on the side of the bike and just above the pull start there was a hole were something was launched out of the motor. I think it was a bolt after looking on the top of motor the was a missind bolt...so i think it fell down the side of the motor flywheel cover. And the fly wheel launched it out the side of the motor and it jammed something. When i tryed to pull start it, the pull starter wouldnt pull and was jammed.
What do you think was damaged do you think the shaft cracked, because of the jamming of the fly wheel? Or waht do you think it is and how could i fix it?
