The savage is a good truck. I had a tmaxx when they first came out 2 weeks after I got it I bought the hardcore racing .21 chassis then all the other upgrades because all it did was brake parts. I had a ton in that thing banghead

Oh i also had one of those new era 1/4 scae offroad truck with the quick change rearend and a 54cc chainsaw motor in it.That thing was an absolute animal! A full size adult could sit on it and ride it with no problem.Heres a few pics of some custom built car/buggy.

Do you still have the car and the buggy? 1/4 scale rocks but man there $. That mustang is pretty sweet the 33 I'm building is a front engine style on your mustang if you pulled the plastic motor out and put the nitro motor there thats how mine is set up.

That mustang is pretty sweet the 33 I'm building is a front engine style on your mustang if you pulled the plastic motor out and put the nitro motor there thats how mine is set up.I sold them both last year. Originally i was gonna put the nitro motor where the plastic motor is.But since i decided to put a .21 sized motor in a 1/10th car.I needed as much weight in the rear.I had live rearend it sorta resembled a ford rearend.Plus with the 2spd tranny i figured it would be best to have the motor somewhat protected incase of a highspeed crash. The car would just roast the tires through 1st and 2nd gear going pulling sideways off the line.LOL The buggy was real easy to build. The car wasn't because it was built like a jigsaw puzzle. At the time i didn't have machines so i used spare parts i had from 7 different cars.So i'll never be able to make that one again.
I do have plans of building a 1969 chevy camaro. It should come out pretty sweet.

It will probably just sit and spin the back tires and be out of control but who cares it will be the only one.

Thats cool wonder if it works? There was a company out a few years ago making r/c super chargers they didn't work. There is a company now that makes a nitrous kit for r/c cars and it does work you can find videos on youtube I wouldn't mind trying that.
swheels
05-27-2009, 06:13 PM
No they don't work for these little motors.
one of the companies that made the superchargers was RB innovations.I'll do ya one even better. How about fuel injection and a micro computer that fits on the vehicle that reads the rpm and the motor temp in realtime.thumbsup2
