Never thought to put sliders on the adjusters. I can easily do that with mine or make a second set to do that.

dude! thats alot of nice open practice space, I've been looking around my town for a place like that, but we only have a population of around 5k, so its either the school (i'm not sure if they will let me or not) or find somewhere in town.

It doesn't hurt to ask. If you find a place ask the owner for written permission. Tell them that you need a place to practice, its to much money to drive to the track to test, bike is strictly for track and cant be ridden in the street due to legal issue (getting pull over)explain your story to them (student, on a budget, your hobby, this is your stress release). In return you tell them you will clean up your mess when you leave(if there is some) or even better tell them you'll pick up the papers and what not (tidy up the lot).

The reason I said written permission is because police might wanna give you trouble or kick you out.

Shawn you maybe the only guy I've seen that fits on a pit bike lol. All the guys I ride with are 5'11" or taller 1 Kid I ride with has a highly modded DRZ 110 and he's 6'2". I'm just under 6'1 and I mean just and ride a 10" pit bike. Looks like a circus bear going down the trails bluelaugh

We have had pretty good luck with riding there. We have a few other spots too. The cops seem pretty cool when they roll through. The warehouses are all empty so were not bothering anyone. Most of the time a cop comes back there to chill or do paper work. Sense there not being called back there they have no reason to be there as they are trespassing too. They will never get in trouble but you see what im saying. It would be nice to get a written notice but im not banking on it, id rather have a cop tell us to leave then have the owner tell cops to keep an eye out for us and have us kicked out.... I guess it could go ether way. We rarely have a cop come out, 9 time out of 10 they drive right past us.

Hey im 5'11" 155LBS..... But yeah i know what you mean. If your a bigger guy the DRZ/KLX110 is the way to go.

~Shawn @ BMSYeah that's a super sweet setup.

I crash lots also but it's much harder to get away with in fayetteville Nc.Luckily i have 2 decent spots. One of my favorite spots is layed out to where you can do like different track setups without using cones at all.But you run the risk of hitting the curb if you get it wrong though.Even if your driving an Rc bike they would throw hissey fits.LOL

Great spot you got there though.thumbsup2

I also tell them when i'm using the lot i'll make sure and keep an eye out on the place.Which i do because i don't want any vandals to mess things up for me.This works also.....thumbsup2

i will ask the school once they are out, but i'm doubtfull they will let me. Everywhere else that i can think of has little room and lots of gravel.
