Hi, this is my Z1 pocket bike modified with a 110cc 4 stroke.
the last picture is the stock bike with the 2 stroke engine.
im new here i will post more pict soon.

just wondering do you have all the original parts from that bike? i.e the radiator.

As I can see from frame it isn't cheap chinese pocket, right?

the frame is TIG welded
made from steel tubing 3/4 x 1/8
and steel sheet 1/16 and 1/8
bearing and sprocket from the US, steel from canada and everything else from china

it looks like you put some work into that bad boy, only thing i could see is that if you put a rear shock on the bike, it will really help you out alot.

in these little bad ass bikes they often don't put shock if isn't mini cross!

What size are your axles? The mids axle sizes are 12mm rear and 10mm in the front, If they are the same you could upgrade to som mid wheels, you have the clearance from what I see.

i dont need shock, this bike will never see any street, too small to be street legal and i want it to stay small.

well the build that i had in mind was basically put 10 lbs. of SH** if a 5 lbs bag type of deal are you planing on adding head lights does you motor have electric start and is it a four speed?

4 speed 110cc with electric start, no headlight, it's a pocketbike made for drag racing, it doesnt need light, plastic, shock and everything else a midbike have.

little update, 110cc engine installed and wiring done.
still waiting for the carb, battery and solenoid.
It need a brake pedal also, i cant weld alu at home so more update soon.

Bad news, problem with my 110cc, so i will use the 50cc until i find what's wrong with it.
new pics, battery case is done.

What is the engine doing? THat last bend on the exhaust looks very strictive?:dunno:

its not the exhaust, my 110 is old and need a rebuild, not enough compression.

frame weight is 44lbs with wheel, engine weight is 40lbs with oil.

a 110 on that bike would seem to be vary fast if that 50 picked up like that :)

yep
I will not be able to push it too hard because the sprocket adaptor holds by 3 nuts 6mm on the rim.
I dont trust chinese aluminium, lol.
