I was wondering what modding would be involved to fit this pipe on my x15

seems like a good pipe since FMF makes it, but is their any other recommended pipes?
- thanks

you'll have to mod the headpipe to lign up with the muffler and probably make a new bracket to hang it from... Cutting and welding involved..
I dont have access to a welder or know someone who does so i guess thats out, is their a pipe where i can just bolt and go?
- thanks

other than the overpriced pbu junk I don't know of any direct bolt on's for the x15..
so what do people do for exhaust? or are they all custom welded to fit

most are custom built from other pipes, mainly pit bike exhausts modded to fit...

if you want the easy way out like i did, just get the pipe to your house. scrap the headpipe. just use your factory one, there is nothing different about them. cut your stock muffler off and bring the bike to a muffler shop and get them to weld the muffler onto the stock head pipe. very simple and cheap too, maybe $15.

Mishka is selling his FMF muffler...He always has good prices!
wow, so much advice!
so i could just buy a muffler and have it welded onto the stock head pipe, hhhmmm, I think i will just get that muffler from mishka then if he still has it.
