planning on buying a 110 engine off an X18, would it bolt right up with no problem to my automatic X19? will the carb, air filter, etc. go in place where it's suppose to be? and will i be able to put the stock dual exhaust from my auto on to my new manual?

plz respond to the numbers of the Q below with an A

1. will it bolt right up and all parts go in the right place??

2. will i be able to put the stock exhaust from my auto engine on to my new x18 manual engine?

1. yes it will bolt right up, the only thing is that when the engine is mount in the X19 and X-15 the carb faces the rear and the X-18 the carb face forward (all you have to do is turn it around and not sure if the manifold is the same, you might have to swap them out)

2. Yes the exhaust should bolt right up

3. Before you put the enggine in you might want to do the motor mount bolt upgrade.twocents

Yes to both questions but remember that you now have to install a clutch lever and a foot shifter. The clutch shouldn't be a problem just get it off the X18 or buy one of the hydro clutches. The shifter now that might give you a fit but you can do it.

you might have to get the foot peg bracket that has the hole in it for the shift linkage, i would skip that and just get a direct shifter like from a x15 or pitbike
nothing is 'easy' or problem free, even if it seems like it should be

thanks a lot for the responses!

however, i dont c why the foot shifter would cause problems?

What he means is that the X-18 has a linkage shifter like a full-size bike and the X-15 and X-10 have a shifter like a dirt bike.

The red Shifter is the oposite 1 up and three down
And the other X-18 shifter is 1 up and three down like a full size bike with less gears.

Here is a pic of bike with the foot bracket with the hole what Blitz was talking about you could just buy the piece I posted from pocketbikepart.com
