are you using the cdi that came with the 150?? or the stock cdi??

With the cdi that came with the engine this is how it's wired..

Green with ring to ground (coil bolt)

white to white

red to black

yellow to pos side of coil

green with female end to one of the kill switch wires

second kill switch wire back to red wire

yellow to pos side of coil

Make sure coil is grounded to the frame good or better yet run a seperate ground wire from the eng to the coil mounting bolt or neg terminal if the coil has one..

If it still wont fire then either the cdi or the irk is shot

If you went through that much gas change you plug. I know I know people always say "But it's a new plug". Don't matter you can royally muck up a new plug in a heart beat. That's one of the reason's OEM went to Iridium plugs they are a lot harder to screw up but they cost and arm and both legs. I'm not saying buy one of those but spend the $3 and get a plug.

are you sure you wired it right?
i wasnt sure mine would start when i first did it
you can verify spark by watching the end of the plug while you crank it over, holding the plug near the frame

IS there anyway you can post a pic? This might make it easier for someone to spot the problem. Also check the gap between the rotor and the pickup. If the gap is wrong that could present a problem. You can check it by using a business card. The should be able to slide in between but kind of snug though.

There are so many little things that it 'might' be. Nothing major that can' be fixed it's just finding it. Next check the connection between the coil and the plug cap. The plug wire might not be seated right on one end or the other.
