Well i FINALLY made a bike stand for myself. After contemplating on this for months buckled down and it.i got tired of useing a car jack.Even sitting on the kick stand and trying to work on the bike was a pain in the moon1!It's not pretty but it works also makes changing the rear tire 10x's easier.
I gotta tell ya fellas if you like working on your bikes a bike stand is a must. Now i got to figure out how to do one for the front.thinking_smilieidea_smilie Ofcourse i need to clean up the welds and paint it.I suck at welding.

Dude I know how you feel. Any time I finish something that I'm proud of I tinker with it and it never gets old. When I first install all my turn indicators, license plate lights, and extra brake light; I played with the light so much that I wore my battery down from the Brake light on, brake light off, Turn signal on, turn signal off, plate light on, plate light off. It was worse with my alarm!!! LOLcheers11

Nice job mate. If the headstem pivot is hollow, make your front stand to fit into that. Leaves the entire front end free for working on.

Then you'll need to build a bike lift so you don't have to crouch down. thumbsup2

How about a twin fork arrangement for the bottom triple clamp to sit in (each side of the headstem)? Done right it would allow you to easily remove the forks if you needed to.
