I thought this could help out a few people.First reversing your shift pattern. If you have the 1down N 234up.You can reverse it by simply just by repositioning the part of the shift linkage that connects to the motor.Instead of it hanging down you would swing it up.Then your shift pattern will be 1n234 all down.Trust me you will not drop into nuetral as easy as you might think. But when i need to go to neutral i go into 2nd then a half click there's neutral.
The second is how i bolt up the thermos. The only cutting that will be done.Is to the bottom of the thermos to get to the inner can. From the pics you will see what i've done.I use longer bolt(didn't have to) And placed the bolts onthe inside then the nuts on the outside. This will bolt right up to the exstisting stock system.I used the exhaust gasket as my template to mark the necessary holes in the thermos.Bolt up bam your done. You can even put the cap back on.LOL Also to put the 138cc in you'll have to cut the flywheel cover some.I cut the part away that hides the front sprocket. To make it easier to access it.

I like the exposed front sprocket and especially like the fabricating on the rear swing arm. thumbsup

the piece that bolts over the shift shaft sticking out of the motor?Where a normal bikes shifter would be?

lol yeah thats true,do you remember waht size you drilled the hole in the bottom of the can for the pipe?About 2mm smaller than the exhaust gasket hole. That was expiremental i would match it up to the hole in the gasket. You should be ok.
