well guys heres my build

about a month or two ago i ordered a engine a 140cc lifan but what came in the mail was a 140cc krp with dress up kit a 26mm carb a oil cooler and coil and cdi the engine also has a inner rotor kit http://s245.photobucket.com/albums/gg72/soysauce123456789/?action=view&current=P1010066.jpg. let me tell u it took for ever to get all the little places and stuff prolly about a 1 or 2 to get the frame all done. next i started on my gauge cluster because i hated the look of my old one. first i made a tracing on thin wood to decide what design i wanted to work with . after i found the one i wanted i cut it out and sanded it down with a very low grit sand paper, because after this point i layed down the fiber glass and put 3 coats of fiber glass resin to make it stong to hold the gauges and switches.http://s245.photobucket.com/albums/gg72/soysauce123456789/?action=view&current=fiber.jpg

i was riding arond then was cruising a steady 35 and then POP my tire blow out because it was worn down so much angry_red. so i went riding around town trying to find someone who could put my dam tire on and no one would fricken do it banghead so i got back home and at 12 i started puting it on. let me tell u guys its a pain in the but to put that thing on i had to use sopy water like 5 screw drivers and all kinda methods just to get the first bead on the dam tire. after it poped on after me muceling it for 1 hour or two i started geting the other bead on that was the same thing more sopy water cusing and muceling it on POP it came on bows_smilie the next day my friend came over and we tryed to get the bead to stay on the rim we tried using starting fluid and that wouldnt work to i had a idea i put packing grease all around the tire to make a tempory bead then i blasted 100 psi into the tire and it worked i was shocked and super happy lol. when i got up the next day i decided to put my exaust on as well as my carb ,gas tank,fuel line,shocks, and tightened everyting up like the front tire swing arm and motor mounts so on so on. i went to ace hardware to get some bolts for my rear rotor and sproket the guy told me the boltz would hold up but they didnt i started tighting one down and the head broke off i was pissed i tried drilling it out but it would go right so i just didnt really try cause i dont wana mess things up so i went to auto zone and got some good harded as strong as they come boltz i only got 5 since one of the holes was occupiedbanghead. and those bolts worked asome and im happy about them i put lock warshers and lock tite so them puppies arent coming out. at this point i was geting close to a test ride but another thing to do was to mount the oil cooler and figure out the lines and so on. so i cut out a peace of good thick metal to use to mount the oil cooler next i mocked it up to c if the lines would work and of corse they were to short so i took a trip back to auto zone to get some line hose clamps i then used a fiting exactly like the oil cooler lines that came with it so i bolted it all up and put the lines on. http://s245.photobucket.com/albums/gg72/soysauce123456789/?action=view&current=oilcooler2.jpg

now i was really close all i needed to do was mount the tire and brake the first time i put it on it didnt work right lol i for got to put the bolt into the slot for the brake mount but i got it thumbsup2 http://s245.photobucket.com/albums/gg72/soysauce123456789/?action=view&current=newtire.jpg
so i set her up and kicked her over it started 2nd kick i was looking for leaks from the oil cooler lines were it boltz up to the engine and oil cooler and found some so i tighted the bolts up and fixed all but one i need to go back to auto zone tommarow and get some copper warshers and it will be good i rode it around the block and it needs tuning but dam is it faster way faster then my 110 and i was bairley hitin the throttle i cant wait to fix that tommarow and break her in :) so heres what she looks like for now tell me what u guys think next thing is painting the fairings and figuring out what imma do about the exaust

ya thats alot of work there, you must be very proud
you need a front tire too, and if you get some tire spoons it will be alot easier to change the tire

paint it get a new exaust new front tire maybe a new carb im not sure new shocks and thats about it but im kinda out of money so it might be a month but for now its good i can paint it and slowly add parts

the engine was 375 with shipping the gauges i got from a friend the race swithes were 10$ a peace plus the rino line 60$ and the fiber glass stuff 40 with resin boltz and stuff add up to about 15$ cause i got grade 8 synthetic oil 10$ new rear tire 50$ and the bike 600 $ so if u add it together ive put about 1 grand and 200 $ lol and that isnt counting the things i bought for my old engine like the bbk and the carb

o ya way faster and its not running quite right it needs a new exasut and a bit more tunning but i been short shiftting it because after 5 grand it sputters but even short shiffting its very fun and fast imma wait till i can get a exuast to ride it again cause i dont wana run to rich or lean and damage it

soy, if you port your head pipe, that will help alot
then make the carb really rich, try dropping the needle clip all the way and see if the sputter goes away, if it doesnt then you wont have hurt anything and its free

go down with the needle clip to richin/fatn it up....if you look at the needle it gets skinnier at the bottom so when u raise it lets more gas flow by the needle...i went down 1 notch....im thinkn of tryin another notch down but i just gotta get off my ace and do it

i put the needle up and its worse so i put the needle down and it help alot but still sputters i almost revs all the way but if i get on the gas to fast it sputters and the exaust pops alot
