Here is a cat that I bought pretty cheap as a basket case...
I stripped the frame to bare via sandblaster, removed the battery box, modded it and welded it in between the frame rails at the bottom....FRame was then primed and painted Rallye Green
X9 wheels, spokes painted wrinkle black
X1 exhaust modded to wrap around the frame... Dangerous?? ahhh just a little LOL
16mm carb off of a 110 4 stroke, custom alum adapter
home made boost bottle
Ported and polished cylinder, port timing advanced 16 drgrees, transfer ports raised 16 degrees
Flywheel modded to advance ignition timing approx 12 degrees
Custom fenders ( Can you tell what they were from originally??)
Not sure on what color to paint it, was thinking pearl black but after stripping the red off the plastic I am thinking a lighter color, maybe white with green or silver and candy green....
